It isn't a class program where you all come in and do the same workouts

Step 1: After your initial phone consultation you will have 1-2-1 consultation with one of our coaches who will go through a series of questions to understand exactly what you want to achieve from the plan and your previous experience
Step 2: You will then have a phone consultation with our nutritional coach who will start to put together a food plan that is 100% based around you (no generic plans or calorie counting)
Step 3: Your first workout... you will work 1-2-1 with one of our trainers on your first workout
to take you through our training app and how to access your personalised programs
You will notice in the training plans that all clients in the gym will be doing their own workouts
You are all set
From this you will book weekly calls with your nutritional coach and have weekly check ins within the gym (twice a week for your first 6 weeks)
