I’m an evidence-based practitioner, weight loss specialist nutritionist and health and fitness coach

With a background in physical education teaching and playing semi professional rugby, I have always had a passion for fitness health and fat loss

Over the years I have worked with many clients to reach their weight loss and fitness performance goals

I believe in giving my clients knowledge, guidance and support with their health journey, while making it fun and easy to understand

I focus on health and process-oriented goals, which lead to wellbeing and a positive mindset as great side-effects
